I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to see what your home could sell for based on other home sales in your area, give staging advice to make your home show its best, and suggest repairs or improvements you may want to make before listing. 

Professional, High-Quality Photography

Homebuyers will first look at your home online and make some quick decisions about whether they want to see it. I want to make sure they love what they see! I hire professional photographers and personally review every photo to choose which ones show your home off the best. I am meticulous about accurately listing all the details of your home in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS) and that information will auto-update to all the big-name consumer-facing websites where buyers look for homes.
